In our regular email updates we have recommended Action for Happiness on a few occasions. This month their campaign for wellness is focussed on Self-Care September #SelfCareSeptember.
The message being that self-care isn’t selfish, it’s ESSENTIAL. Self-care increases our resilience and helps us get more out of life. It also helps us accept others as they are too.
