Description
Evergreen Cowl Pattern
Contents
The Evergreen Cowl Pattern is an intermediate knitting pattern, featuring an all over cable of entwined diamonds and rope cables with some diamonds having a textured garter pattern inside.
I used a DK weight yarn, the greeny/yellow samples are knitted with Stylecraft Highland Heathers in the Gorse colour and used approx 64g of a 100g ball for the taller cowl.
I used some James C Brett Aria DK in a blue/lilac colour for the shorter cowl and that used only 34g of a 50g ball of yarn. It is a pretty colour with tiny sequins which peer out from the cable pattern and glint in the sun.

Evergreen Cowl Cast on with Stylecraft Highland Heathers in the Gorse colourway, the cowl has intricate diamond pattern cables with textured centres.
